章節 89: Status of This Fic
If you are reading this, then I'll be first to say I'm sorry.
This fic was my first, and as time went on I had enough drive in me to keep writing in the beginning. Keyword, beginning.
But as many of you know, I am human (maybe?)
Multiverse fics were a genre I thought would be simple, and it would be if there is an end goal. Other than that, my story is just a main character smacking things around and doing it repeatedly for no reason while inserting references to attract readers.
Not to mention this is supposed to be a WarThunder fic. Have you all seen a table for how much everything would theoretically cost? I gave Hanns more than just WarThunder yet he doesn't even begin to crack the meteoric costs.
I'm already 200,000+ words deep and the German tech tree is not even halfway done. This just goes to show that Gaijin is a devil when even in a fantasy setting, a writer can't hope to finish their game.
Continuing this fanfic is like whacking one out even though you've already busted. It's a permanent state of post-nut clarity without having the satisfaction of seeing an end.
Hanns would just be continuously doing the same stuff but in different universes over and over again. This will never finish up, this story should've ended 100k words ago.
I'm just a beginner in all of this, I only started months ago. If there were to be any story I would like to create, it should have a feasible end.
Back to my analogy earlier, sorry if it's sus but I can't think of anything else that can be understood by my reader base. If there are any ladies in here, sorry for the comparison.
Anyways, based on the paragraphs above, you'll probably guess that this fic is on indefinite hiatus or canceled entirely.
Hate me all you want, I will understand - I'd hate myself too when I make jokes that can count as cyber warfare based on how many people I killed with boredom.
I was simply too ambitious.
