章節 34: A Family Outing

  After a week of being busy and countless meetings with the Dragon Empire and Phoenix Empire. He missed his girlfriend. That is why he went to her unit to pick her up. He was expecting to see Martha but somehow, Eris was alone sitting on the sofa. He approached her and sat beside her. 

"Where's Martha?" 

"She left already this morning." 

"Hmm, you are alone." He caressed her hair lovingly. 

"My suitcase is there." She said, "Let's go?" 

  He nodded as he felt that something wasn't right with her attitude. He then stood and took her small suitcase. She stood and used her walking stick. He reached for her hand with her suitcase in his other hand and brought her to the door. Eris was silent. Oddly silent. He makes sure that her unit is locked as he takes her to the elevator. Once they were inside the elevator, he bent down and kissed her lips. 

"Do you want anything?" 

  She hugged him and sniffed him.
