Chapter 58 (Knox's POV)
So Ok.
I lied.
My plan was pure and utter bullshit.
Meaning there was no huge plan.
Unless you count, go in, save Andrew, escape without any injuries as a plan.
Which I don't.
Problem was that we had no idea where in the house Nik was. The only thing we knew was that he never left the house, since the day me and Vicky drove away with kids.
Now it was one week already and all we knew was no one except Shawna left the house.
I was getting frustrated with myself.
At the moment we were situated in Marge's house and suddenly we could hear a distant beeping and a sound, like someone was speaking.
I looked around the room at all the people that were present at the moment, but it looked like no one had a clue.
Then just when my eyes landed on Marge it was like a lightning struck her.
"Damn walkie talkie thing!"
Hmm…what?
I was confused but she was already running towards the kitchen.
She came back into the living room carrying indeed a walkie talkie.
And it looked like she was speaking with Andrew.
"Andrew darling is that you?"
I could clearly hear relief in Andrew's voice when he spoke.
"Oh thank God. Listen mom. You need to tell Knox Shawna and Nik are working together. They are keeping me against my will inside my own house."
"We know hun. Just hold on tight. Knox has a plan. He will be there soon."
I do? Like really? Thanks mom. No pressure right. But what plan did she have in mind?
There was silence on the other side for a few moments before Andrew asked his next question that made us all smile, especially Vicky.
"How are my girls and boy?"
Marge chuckled at his question because she was the only one that never doubted his love for Vicky and the kids. And she finally proved us all she was right and we were wrong
"Don't worry hun they are fine. They just miss you."
Just a second later a deep voice could be heard from the walkie talkie but it didn't belong to Andrew so the only other option was that it belonged to Nik.
"They will miss you even longer."
After those words a loud bang could be heard by an even louder thud.
Judging from the sound, I'd say Nik hit Andrew with something hard enough to cause him to lose consciousness.
"Andrew! Andrew! You damn idiot leave him alone! If you harm him I swear to God Nik I will kill you!"
Vicky was pissed. Like really pissed.
Sure you could see fear in her eyes but it was such a small part. Mostly she was pissed like crazy and I can't say I blame her.
A dark evil chuckle was heard on the other side of the walkie talkie.
"Vicky, Vicky. You know what I want. Return back to me, where you belong, and I will let him go unharmed. You know the rules. You are the one that broke them, now you need to make it right again."
I watched Vicky in horror.
Judge me if you want but that woman was a scary sight when pissed.
She was as red as a tomato and she was shaking so fiercely.
"You damn bastard! I will have my revenge one day. I promise. Only thing you need to know is that you should be afraid of that day!"
Then she threw the walkie talkie across the room with such force it shattered to pieces when it collided with the nearby wall.
"I don't want to listen to any more bullshit. Now Knox we need a plan and we need it fast! Got it? Andrew does not have time and I am running out of patience to wait for you to come up with something useful."
She gave me a dirty look and I knew she was right but it still sting when you got things thrown in your face like that.
Jessy squeezed my hand at that moment and leaned closer to me, whispering in my ear.
"Don't worry Knoxy. She is just missing him and add to that the fact she gave birth to those little angels upstairs and all the pregnancy hormones that are sure still playing games with her and you will see she didn't mean it like that."
I knew she was right so I gave her a soft smile and returned her squeeze.
"Ok. I might have something. But first listen then judge ok?"
Vicky nodded her head, Marge was looking at me with pride in her eyes and Jessy gave me a smile full of encouragement and love.
"Ok. So I don't know if anyone else heard it but I did.
In the background a washing machine could be heard. So I guess Andrew was in the laundry room, taking that into consideration I'd say Nik was in Andrew's home office. Our best way is probably to go in through the basement, since it's broken in for a while now, and go from there on. Do we agree?"
Everyone nodded their heads, so I guess now we finally did have a plan.
It's showtime bitches.

vesnxx sorry guys for slow updates. I am in a hospital with my son but I hope he get's better soon and I'll be able to write more often and longer chapters again.
