Ignoring the distant screams, Alvar just shook his head.
'You really changed a lot, Cali... but I am glad you did.' Alvar smiled under his mask while hiding his presence.
Alvar walked to a different area of the forest and collected some of the glowing blue crystals.
'It's time to head back to the Hostess.' Alvar sighed and hoped that the light grey-haired girl wouldn't be there to bother him.
Alvar looked at the ceiling and started at the crystals when a grin slowly started forming on his face.
'I can delay my return a little bit.' He chuckled.
'So much to research in this new world. I should also make a new outfit and mask for Cali so that she could join me in my workshop as well.' A slight glow started forming on Alvar's back in the shape of a pair of wings.
The wings are semi-translucent and completely white making them give off a divine aura.
The wings fully stretched out and quickly came downwards launching Alvar upwards towards the crystals on the ceiling.
When Alvar nearly reached the ceiling he threw out a blue and golden coloured grappling hook. The hook latched onto one of the crystals and pulled Alvar, whose wings had disappeared, closer.
Alvar held onto the chains of the hook. He broke off some of the crystals and stored them inside his storage.
'I have to say... this floor looks very peaceful and beautiful from above.' Alvar said while looking over the floor.
The beautiful blue glow in the forests and the rays of light from the ceiling gives this place a nice and peaceful atmosphere.
'I'll have to explore this place more later...' Alvar's train of thought halted when he saw Cali being dragged by her ear.
'That should be Riveria I'm guessing.' He thought with a wry smile looking at the person dragging Cali.
Shaking his head, Alvar took an hourglass-shaped bottle out of his storage and stared at the light blue liquid inside of it.
'I wonder if this still works...' Alvar thought.
This is a recall potion that he and a friend of his made in the past. What it does is when you drink the potion it would teleport you back to the place you have last slept.
It's more complicated than that but it's the basic concept of the potion.
'The concept is still the same, the only difference is the world.'
'Magic and mana also exist here so nothing should go wrong... and if something does I still have my equipment to protect me.' Alvar took off the cap and drank the contents of the potion.
Small blue and white particles appeared around Alvar and his surroundings changed. from being grappled onto the ceiling on the 18th floor to sitting on his bed inside of the Hostess of Fertility.
The grappling hook was laying on his bed next to him.
'Perfect.' Alvar thought with a grin.
He changed back into his normal clothes and walked downstairs. The sounds of adventurers yelling and laughing are getting louder and louder with each step.
Alvar opened the door and walked towards the counter and took a seat.
Ryuu saw him walking in and was pretty shocked.
'When did he come back? He wasn't in his room according to Syr...' Ryuu had a slight thrown on her face but it quickly went back to her normal emotionless expression.
"...Do you want to order something?" Ryuu asked

Shock... That's all she felt at this very moment.
Freya the goddess of beauty and a goddess who could the souls of mortals. She could easily find someone just by looking for their soul. Simply because no one has the same soul as another person.
But the reason she felt so shocked was that the person she thought died just randomly 'appeared' again.
She used her ability to look for him and her eyes to look over Orario but she couldn't find him previously. She simply thought that he had died and was a bit upset. But it didn't bother her that much simply because she was a little 'curious' in him only because he resisted her charm.
So after Ottar gave her a... 'message' she decided to search for him again. Just for the off chance that she might have missed him. Although improbable, but not impossible.
After using her ability for about half an hour she was about to give up. Until she felt his soul simply 'appear' out of nowhere in the Hostess of Fertility.
Freya couldn't understand it. So she used her mirror and tried to see what this mortal did but it didn't work. The mirror only showed darkness.
'...Interesting.' Freya thought with a creepy smile on her face.
'I only thought you were an adventurer with a charm immunity skill, but it seems I am mistaken...' a small blush started creeping on her face
The soul that she thought looked so normal before... isn't.
'Don't judge a book by its cover.' Freya thought with a seductive chuckle.
"Ottar." She called out her Familia's captain.
"Collect any information you have on the adventurer 'Alvar'. It does not matter how insignificant the information might be." Freya said and walked inside her room.
Small lights started appearing around her and her form changed to a bluish grey-haired girl with grey eyes.
"I wonder what's your favourite food." Freya... or 'Syr' wondered out loud in a teasing tone.

"Sooo... Asfi! Did you find anything on this 'Cyrus' person?' Hermes asked Asfi
Asfi has aqua blue hair and cyan-coloured eyes. She also wears glasses.
Asfi sighed.
"I didn't find anything at all. All I know is that he bought that workshop a day ago and that's it." Asfi sighed, she looked extremely tired.
"Anything about his Familia?" Hermes frowned.
"Nothing at all. I even checked the guild, but it seems not even they know."
"...Strange..." Hermes muttered.
"What are the chances of him being a part of the Hephaestus Familia? When I talked to him last time I thought he was because I did not sense him lying at all." Hermes frowned while Asfi was shocked.
"The chances of that is zero. Hephaestus wants to recruit him when she heard about his forging ability... So either you miss remembered what he said... or" Asfi stopped and stared at Hermes directly in his eyes.
"Deities/we can't tell if he's lying at all." Hermes and Asfi said at the exact same time.
"..." Hermes only understood one thing at this moment.
That Cyrus is dangerous. A 'mortal' who can make weapons compared to gods and even lie in their presence without them knowing...
Something suddenly clicked in Hermes' mind.
"...What if he is a god? It would make sense that this person would be able to create these weapons and even lie to gods." Hermes scratched his head while on the inside he is grinning.
'Perhaps he might even be another 'chess piece'.' He thought.
