The referee of the match regained his composure and declared Ryou as the winner, "Ryou Shinsei is the winner of this match! Contestants for the next match, please come to the stage."
'How can this be?' Hana's eyes widened in disbelief as she looked at Miyuki's defeated state. She hadn't expected him to lose in a single move. Standing beside her, Retsu Hyuga and their Jonin sensei, Seiji, appeared equally stunned.
Meanwhile, medics quickly approached Miyuki, who lay unconscious near the arena's side, checking his condition. One of them said, "No major injuries. He's just knocked out. We will take him to the infirmary."
"Sensei... was Miyuki really that weak?" Hana whispered, her voice filled with confusion.
Their Jonin Sensei, Seiji, crossed his arms, his gaze fixed on Ryou with a solemn expression "It seems that boy's strength isn't as simple as he showed. Miyuki isn't weak, it's just his opponent's strength is on a whole different level!"
Shisui, Tenga, and Daichi showed little reaction, their expressions calm as they had expected this outcome. To them, Miyuki's defeat was inevitable.
Even the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, looked at Ryou with a slight surprise. Although he was aware of Ryou's strength from the previous round, his display of strength still exceeded his expectations.
Around him, the Jonin and Chunin spectators shared similar reactions, their faces full of surprise. 'Is he really a Genin?'
Ryou returned to the spot where his team was standing, ignoring the stares from around the arena. Tenga smirked as Ryou came. "Ryou, you are indeed a master at showing off. You could've gone easy on the guy. Poor him… losing with a single kick."
Shisui said. "Tenga's right. You could've at least let the contest play a bit longer."
Ryou shrugged, "This is the Chunin exam, not some place to play games."
Daichi, standing nearby, nodded approvingly. "Exactly. No point in dragging out matches you're sure to win. You're here to prove yourselves, and you should use whatever means necessary to win. Don't underestimate your opponents!"
Overhearing the conversation between Ryou, Tenga, Shisui, and Daichi, Retsu and Hana clenched their fists, while Seiji frowned but remained silent.

The matches that followed carried the same level of excitement, each fight drawing cheers and surprised gasps from the crowd. After Ryou's match, the second match was between Retsu Hyuga and Riku Yamanaka.
Though Riku Yamanaka was good at Mind Disturbance jutsu, it couldn't affect Retsu Hyuga very much, whose Byakugan offered a strong resistance against mental attacks.
Ultimately, Riku was overpowered and defeated by Retsu's Taijutsu and Gentle Fist.
Next up was the highly anticipated match between two Uchiha's, Shisui and Kaen. It was a rare sight to see two Uchiha fight so the onlookers buzzed with quiet murmurs as they leaned forward to witness the intense clash.
The liveliness in the arena surged to new heights as even Hiruzen Sarutobi and Jonin appeared interested. Shisui and Kaen stood at the center, looking at each other.
Though younger, Shisui exuded confidence and calmness, while Kaen, older and more experienced, had gone on missions to the border and even clashed with forces from Iwagakure.
Kaen, around twelve years old, possessed the unique features typical of the Uchiha clan, exuding confidence and slight arrogance. Shisui, on the other hand, was a natural genius, having graduated from the academy at just seven years old, earning a reputation within the Uchiha clan.
Kaen sneered, drawing a kunai that gleamed in the light. He spoke, "Shisui, I've heard a lot about you. The Uchiha genius who graduated as a child. I've been looking forward to meeting you but I didn't expect we'd cross paths in the chunin exams. It's even better!
I hope you live up to the name of Uchiha Genius. Because I won't be holding back, even if we're from the same clan."
Shisui responded with a slight, respectful nod, as he replied, "Of course, senpai!" Then his expression grew serious as he took a defensive stance with a kunai in his hand. His actions made it clear, he was taking this contest seriously.
The referee stepped forward, glancing between the two young Uchiha with a look of anticipation himself. "Begin!" he shouted.
Uchiha Kaen took action first, wasting no time. He closed the distance with impressive speed, kunai slashing toward Shisui in a precise arc. Shisui, with equal skill, intercepted the attack with his own kunai.
The metallic clash of kunai meeting kunai echoed. Shisui held his own, his eyes focused as he met each of Kaen's kunai flashing from a different angle with solid defense.
It was clear, that Kaen was a skilled shinobi, but Shisui's speed, reflexes, and timing were on an entirely different level.
Though his strength wasn't on par with Kaen's, Shisui skillfully deflected each attack, redirecting the force and momentum of the strike. His actions left the spectators in awe, amazed that someone his age could perform such advanced moves.
Kaen cracked his neck and snickered. "Not bad. Let's see how you handle this!" Saying this, he leaped into the air, weaving a few hand seals. 'Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!' Multiple small fireballs shot toward Shisui, spiraling toward him like blazing petals.
Shisui's expression didn't change much. With a quick backflip, he evaded the first few fireballs, his body twisting gracefully in mid-air to dodge the blazing petals. As one fireball closed in, he unsheathed a short sword from his back and skillfully deflected the fireball into the ground, which left a small scorched mark where it landed.
Kaen's eyes widened in surprise as Shisui effortlessly dodged his signature fire-style jutsu. "As expected of the clan genius! Impressive!" he muttered.
Closing his eyes momentarily, Kaen reopened them. His eyes now showed the distinct crimson glow of the Sharingan with two tomoe spinning in each eye.
Standing opposite, Shisui did the same as his own eyes turned into a single tomoe Sharingan. The dimly lit arena seemed to amplify the vivid red of their Sharingan, casting mystical brilliance in the absence of sunlight.
'It's beautiful!' many of the onlookers thought as their eyes glued to the two young Uchiha and captivated by the presence of these legendary eyes of Uchiha.
