 Just as Selena was about to speak, James again postponed the agenda in Selena's mind. This time the husband told Selena to cut the distance between the two of them, in the sense that Selena was told to get closer to James.

 Now Selena was scared, of course she was. This is more horror than the scene where a character is told to walk in a dark haunted house.

 A James told Selena to approach him? In bed, and not in a manner to invite sex. What was going on in that man's mind?

 Selena froze for a few seconds in her place, Selena's senses finding it hard to process the present moment properly. Selena even thinks digress that her husband is being possessed by astral beings.
