After hours of travel, they finally arrived at the Midnight pack.

Felissa was a trembling mess. She was nervous about the outcome of their arrival and hoped her parents would accept Vicenzo into the family. She also didn't notify her parents of their coming since she wanted it as a surprise.

Vicenzo noticed his mate's discomfort. He grabbed her hand and kissed her knuckle. "Don't worry. It will be fine," he said with a soft smile. 

"Thank you, Sir Vicenzo," Felissa sighed with relief.

"About that, we should drop the titles before our names. After all, we are mates," Vicenzo stated with a laugh. He had thought about how formally they talked to one another as if there was still a barrier.

"Wh-what!?" Felissa exclaimed in surprise. She had never thought about dropping their titles while calling each other.
