章節 84: The Suspicious Partner

"Where are you going, you won't sleep?" Scarlett asks Ezra who is putting her to sleep. 

"I have some work to do, I'll sleep later." Ezra says, pulling the comforter over her body. "I'll be studying. Just call out for me if you need anything okay?"

She rolled her eyes, "I wouldn't want to disturb a workaholic."

Ezra chuckled, "even if I am working, all I think about is you Scarlett. I always have you in my mind."

"Don't get cheesy, just go okay?" Scarlett rolls off and tugs at the comforter. "Good night Mr. Knight aka the workaholic."

"Good night my love." Ezra wishes back knowing very well that she is ignoring him.

After a few minutes of watching her sleep he stood up from the bed and walked into his office. 

After leaving Doctor Nina's office, both of them went to the nearest restaurant and had their dinner. Scarlett even ordered herself two big pieces of Brownies. She had a sweet tooth today.
