章節 25: CHAPTER 25

　　Emma glanced at the clock that keep tiktoking on the wall as she waited for Blake's return.

　　She has been here all by herself, managed to distract herself to escape the fear of thunder since no one was around for her to run to.

　　It's already past seven in the evening and Blake is yet to return. He usually returns home at most six, what could be keeping him?

　　Emma is at least happy that he is not around but it being an odd time made her worried, no matter what, she can't wish him dead.

　　He is her husband after all and if anything happens to him, it will eventually affect her too but she can't say the same for him.

　　Tired of waiting, Emma climbed the stairs to her room. She already prepared dinner, Blake can eat anytime he comes back.

　　She doesn't have to wait for him, this is his home and he knows the password to it.

　　She slumped down on her bed with her phone glued to her chest. For the first time since she got here, Emma scrolled through her contacts.
