Katie's Pov

It was the sound of my harsh breathing. I got far away but the car broke down and now I am in the middle of nowhere. I was running away from the vehicle because someone was following me and my legs had finally reached their limits and gave out.
As I sat down quietly under the little cliff I heard footsteps coming closer.
" HELLO IS ANYONE OUT HERE? I DIDN'T MEAN TO SCARE YOU I JUST WANT TO HELP YOU. A strange male voice called out but he sounded trustworthy enough . I slowly stood up from my hiding place and walked towards their direction.
He was much taller than I am. Probably 6,6 or more. "Were you the person who was running after my vehicle broke down?" I ask out of breath. Taking in deep breath I finally was calm down but my legs and feet ache from the amount of running i just did. He nodded yes and apologized for scaring me after a moment of silence I said. " So Mount Everest, what is your name?" being a little sarcastically because of his height.
He said in a giggly tone " Well short stock my name is Hunter O'neal what about yours?".
" Very funny, I am above the average height of a normal female so hush up, My name is Katie and it wasn't a pleasure meeting you under these circumstances." I said fake smiling while I sat down to ease my feet. Soon after ,Hunter had followed suit sitting a distance away from me. Not wanting to make me uncomfortable in any way.
A moment of silence had passed and no words were exchanged. Signing heavily, I said. " Hey hunter, have you ever been just great with the situation you've been used to for years and then suddenly this strange person or animal came into your life and turned it upside down just with their presents?" Looking at him I waited for an answer. Then he said softly.
" Yes it did happen a few months ago, but they weren't meant for me but played me along and now here I am with a short stock name Katie who is sassy as hell but I think we'll be great friends if she would allow me to be after I help her." Then revealed a killer cute smile that sent me into awes.
" Well i guess we can be friends, do you know where i could stay for the night just to rest until sun up i have to get as far away from the neighboring town someone is looking for me and i fear they may harm me without releasing they did and i don't want them to hurt them self so i have to get away. " I said frankly while trying to get up to start back walking in the direction I came from.
He explained that there was a cabin close by and it was his but if I was ok with sleeping in the spare room I could spend the night. Leaving the car behind since it was out of gas there was no point trying to toe it now. Taking up the two bags that were set for my return to my college but that wouldn't be happening anytime soon.
Leaving only the sweater Alec's had given me early in the day to wear. I left that in the car just in case his scent was all over it and he could track me from it.
Finally we reached the cabin, it was much bigger than I had expected. It would almost be something similar to house but who am i to say. I've been lost but I think it can work here just for the night.
I was met with the living room. It was cozy, and it brought back the homey feeling I needed right now. Taking a shower in his bathroom and borrowing some clothes. I went into the spare bedroom and instantly went to sleep.
~The next day*
I was woken up by being rapidly shaken awake, " ugh what's wrong hunter?" I asked calmly, rubbing my eyes as I started to be fully awake, he said hurriedly. " I don't have much time to explain and this is the only way I can help you, run through the back door and straight to the forest ,when you reach the stream you lay flat in the water, he wouldn't be able to find you or trace your scent now go I'll try to hold him off."
Putting on the shoe he handed me i head straight to the back door, as i opened it i heard the front door being kicked up with a brutal force, as i tired to run away from the house but my body refuses to listen to me in that moment i made eye contact with Alec's something inside me flick pushing me to stay but Hunter jump in front of Alec's and yelled at me to run. Taking a quick glance back I saw Hunter falling to the floor before laying there motionless, And that's when the adrenaline of fear kicked in and I had run my ass off not looking back to the cabin.
2 Hours later*
(What wrong with him) I thought to myself, for the billionth time.
Sitting down by the big stone near the river i my legs give out, As i tried to drag myself into the water, i heard the sound of leaves crushing under someone walking nearby, i tried hiding myself but was met with a brutal hands, who only pulled me out by my hair and throwing me into the arms of another before everything going pitch black.
~A week later*'
I had woken up a few days ago but I was tied to this bed for hours. Every two hours I was checked upon and it was really starting to pissing me off the way one of the dude kept touching me. I'll kill him today if he tries it again.

Laying motionless, I heard the metal door opening and some belts unbuckling from their clothes, calming my breathing and heartbeat and slipping the chains off my wrist before they could notice I wasn't still tied down. I waited until they were close enough so I could attack.
They whispered to me, " You're such a pretty little thing, you would be a good fuck-toy but sadly after this we'll be killing you to get back to the Alexandros. But it's too bad, because it would have been delightful to hear your screams and moans as i fuck the life out of you but this will do."
As they unchained my legs, I kept calm awaiting the right moment, feeling their hot breath near my neck. I held my breath as they slowly kissed and sucked on it. Moving down their hands massaged my breast tenderly before grasping onto them harshly as I tried not to cry out in pain, I forced my pain down with shallow breathing.
As they went lower, and lower until they were above my underwear waistband, as he peppered me with kisses and leaving bite marks along my skin.
Making my skin creeped with disgust while burning in agony, only a little more I would have to endure before I made my move. I kept telling myself.
As he lifted my leg to remove my underwear, i kicked him in the face, taking his head and slamming it into the concrete wall.
Taking the chains that were once hung onto my legs, I wrap it around his neck cutting off his air circulation. I watched as he struggled to pry the chain off his neck as I held it tighter and tighter and lifted my feet and pressed it on his throat to inflict more pain onto him. Watch as he struggled even longer as he was near his final grasp of breath, I punched him square in the nose, as his eyes rolled back and his body fell limp under me. Taking his clothes I wore his sweater to cover my nudity, taking the dagger and gun hook onto his waist I hid it behind me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Opening the metal door slowly i look down the hallway to see if anyone was nearby, but no one was there, pulling out the gun and turning off the safety , I slowly crept out of the room since my left side lead me to a deadend, i headed to the right, there were only a staircase to upstairs and i know well enough that he wasn't the only one here,
Slowly approaching the stairs, I slowly took step by step until I reached the top. Since it was already slightly open, there was no need for me to open it. I listened and from the amount of voices I heard talking in the far distance and there were five more men.
I had two choices: either make a move for an escape or wait until they make a move then fight with them and maybe kill them all if needed too. I decided to go for the first one.
Taking a deep breathing i slowly push the door opening, looking to my right to see if anyone was coming my way but no one was, Slowly standing up i brace myself near the wall letting it be the only thing to back me, seeing that there were three exit close by but all would deem troublesome to me if i got caught.
Slowly walking to the furthest exit because it would be at a more advantage and easier to get out of.
Speed walking towards the window, i was just a feet more away from before the front door was explode, which made the explosion almost coming in contact with me, watching as a few men began shooting at the direction to where the men i didn't want to kill once were, as my vision started to clear someone started to approach me, laying down motionless, as grip on my gun under me had tighten, awaiting the opportunity to protect myself no matter the cost.
As their boots came into view I released a shot but I missed, they turned away just at the last minute.
Picking me up with a brutal force they held me to the wall, twisting my wrist as the gun fell. I used my free hand to grab the dragger I had hid earlier, using it to stab them in the shoulder, allowing me to get free out of their hands.
As I was about to attack him I finally came in contact with his face. It was my Brother?!!!
" Big Brother?!"
"What? Wait NO WHY ARE YOU HERE?"
I said shouting while letting the dragger fall to the ground as I looked up to my brother awaiting for my questions to be answered.
