Heisuke was already asleep when his senses heightened out of nowhere.

Waking up in the middle of the night, he found himself sweating profusely, soaking the back of his shirt. His forehead was also sweaty. His chest heaved up and down in an irregular rhyme as if he had just been chased by a terrifying being.

Heisuke was startled by the situation. He didn't dream of anything yet, his mind and soul were swept into a chaotic mess.

Even after he tried to calm himself down, his heart didn't stop hammering heavily against his chest.

In the dimness of the living room of the apartment, Hisaki's name kept blaring inside his mind, yelling danger into his ears. Heisuke couldn't deter the alarming sense no matter how he wanted to.
