"It's alright. Yun Shu, your friend will be fine." Qi Zheng patted Yun Shu's head as he coaxed her gently.

Yun Shu began to sob as she felt his warm embrace around her body. Her hands were draped by her side and her head was resting on his chest.

Qi Zheng tightened his grip around her waist as he felt her body leaning on him.

"I know." Qi Zheng patted her. "Wait here. I'll go and check on her."

Yun Shu stared back at him with a grateful look in her eyes. Seeing the man standing tall in front of her made her feel as if she had seen her savior.

Because of what happened, Yun Shu was helpless and did not know what she should do. Fortunately, Qi Zheng was around. His appearance made her feel more at ease.

Qi Zheng led her to sit down in the waiting area. Once he was sure that she was properly seated, Qi Zheng turned around and walked into the emergency department to find out about Wen Ru Qing's situation.
