Remi’s POV

The weight of something warm on my stomach stirs my eyes open, forcing me to turn to the source. My drowsy eyes are met with floating emeralds staring back at me, shocking me for a moment. I’m not used to having someone else in my bed.

“How long have you watching me?” I ask, stifling a yawn because I’m sure Gray doesn’t want to smell my morning breath. I couldn’t think of anything less attractive.

The corner of Gray’s mouth turns upward into a small smile, the most perfect sight to see first thing in the morning, and he shrugs softly. “If I tell you how long, it wouldn’t change the fact that I’ve been watching you.”

“So creepy,” I playfully roll my eyes and Gray’s arm tightens around my waist.

“I had no intention of watching you sleep, but your soft snores were too cute to ignore,” Gray grins.

“My snores were cute?” I raise my brows, slightly mortified by him watching me.

“Yeah,” he chuckles. “Adorable, even.”
