章節 18: Chapter 18: Reunion

I sat at the very end of the table as every other Alpha was in here. Every Alpha around the world. Two hundred and eight of us. Alpha King was to show his face soon but while he hasn't presented himself every Alpha in here were basically arguing between each other. Seems like the hunters have attacked their packs also. Killing a few off in the process. Japanese Alpha was speaking English while yelling at the Irish Alpha about their boat having three hunters. The Irish Alpha getting mad in return because the produce Japan sent had silver in it.

The Netherlands Alpha was arguing with another American Alpha because the produce American Alpha sent was laced with Wolfsbane. Slowly the hunters are dividing us. Their finding out who sent what to another and are poisoning it with specific items. Nobody has died from it but have been hurt badly. One of the Alpha's; the New York Alpha has lost an eye from protecting a child from his pack. Another one was badly injured and that was the African Alpha lost his arm protecting his mate. From what I can hear before he can get his arm to be placed back the hunters had destroyed the arm with silver and acid.

Hunters are going crazy. I know I heard the Korean Alpha and a Vietnamese plan to rescue a few of the pups that got kidnapped by the hunters. Hunters are all over the world. I can see a few American territories Alpha arguing between each other. I just stayed seated. I am not to argue with anyone. For now I don't make business with any of the Alpha's for this same situation.

This situation has been getting more and more out of hand. I glanced to the side as I noticed a familiar face. He was chatting with one of the Japanese Alpha's. This Alpha revolves his life in Technology seeing how humans depend of it a lot. Someone I've been wanting to make a contract with for shipping arrangements. But the Alpha I hate. The same Alpha who laid his grimy nasty hands on my mate. Alpha Michael. I hate that Alpha with all my damn soul. Just seeing him again a felt like growling but I inhaled deeply.

I close my eyes as I cross my arms tightly as this is making things worse than it is.

~FlashBack~

I felt shaky hands on my shirt and I looked down. Seeing my mate look terrified hurts me. I had a whole plan to make up what I did and let her know how I was feeling and how I really wanted to show her my world. Give her a new life. I wanted to actually make a date with her. A beautiful date. Do the things she likes. Get to know her. But this reunion came out of the blue and I am needing urgently. Alpha reunions is a must. I am basically obligated to go there and I will be even escorted by profesional wolves. These wolves are more powerful than what we expect and heavily armed.

I held on to her shaking hand and cupping it in both my own. I kneeled in front of her and I just rested my face in her stomach. The sparks are amazing. Her shaking body slowly relaxed and I just released her hand on top of my head and I just wrapped my arms around her waist. I feel so god damn comfortable right here. I knew she didn't want me to touch her as she must be still afraid of this place. But I can't just bring her with me to a location of full grown men.

Men who gets just a whiff of a woman they'll be all over her. A lot of Alpha's always have a difficulty to find their mates all because of our roles. Let's see what happens. But I will not be taking her to a place where I know she is unmarked and any horn dog Alpha will take advantage. I am not good looking as a lot of other Alpha's. Already one of the Alpha's who came here by surprise has an eye on my mate already. Alpha Michael. An annoying Alpha who thinks Werewolves need to evolve from living from the forest and to follow the path just like humans do. Depend on the modern technology and mechanics.

I may have taken the Alpha role early but I don't need to depend on anything and my pack loves how we are and how we do things. She removes my hand from where I placed it and I just felt empty. Abandoned. But I must understand her point of view in the end. We are still in a getting to know each other phase and I instantly broke it by revealing my world. Though I presume she still doesn't believe it all as I haven't been able to show her how shifting works.

In the end she is afraid. I can understand but I wish to be here to assist her. Answer all the questions she has in her mind but this meeting is important and I don't want my pack getting impacted for me to ignore something that is mandatory.

"Everything will be alright..." I tell her as gently as I could she is afraid and I can't raise my voice or she will start literally crying I don't want to see her cry

"I-I... I just don't want to be alone..." The way she closed her eyes as she said that hurts my heart

I hold her tighter to me I don't want to lose my mate this amazing woman who has yet to see me transform is my mate so I tell her "I don't want you to come with me..."

"Why? Please don't leave me!" those words attacked my heart and I just contemplated in the end

In the end she arrived with me to this godforsaken location. We are two hours by plane from my Pack Location. Ashton is with the rest of the beta's making sure the perimeter is checked and in place. The King rented the whole hotel by the beach to allow the females to go have fun by the pool or by the beach while we speak. I just hope my mate is alright. Sometimes she-wolves love to gossip about sex life. I think one of the young Alpha's heard the girls last year talking about what Alpha had a bigger penis.

Am so happy mine has not been seen yet. Hoping it's not too large for my mate as it seems she has barely experience. Or too small to just annoy her. I want her to feel pleasure and moan out as much as she can. Scream in ecstasy as I pleasure each spot of her gorgeous body. Give her all the love she deserves. Let her climax all the time she wants. Do it as long as she wants. I adjusted my leg position as I felt my own member rise up with just imagining how my mate moans out my name.

Shit. Stop it. I got to think of how to help her so she doesn't leave me alone. I don't want her to reject me. Some people never survive a rejection. Some people haven't even recovered from being rejected. I want my mate to be happy but being that now the hunters already know of her existence this means she will never have a normal life. Even if she rejects me those idiotic hunters will still hunt her down. Just like her mom. Her mother is the meanest woman I have ever met in my life. How can a mother do that to her own child. Try to sell her off to the highest bidder? Marry her off to a rich man? Traumatize her? Abuse her?

I can't believe all this. So many things in life and my mate is traumatized and terrified thanks to her own mother. But seeing how she took a step and just told me she wanted to come. She didn't want to be left alone. She is advancing in her own way to be stronger. In my eyes she is the strongest woman I have ever met. She has survived by jumping locations and getting new jobs. Maintained her trauma at bay when in public. Maintained a fake personality while crying in secret. Only trusted her best friend Scarlet and herself.

It's a giant step from being an abused little girl to a traumatic adult. For her to grow I will have to accept specific decisions she makes. There may be horrible things in this world but she wants to learn by force and in a painful way to be honest. Actions have Consequences. I didn't want to interfere with any of it so I'll just leave her alone and follow her like a little puppy. I glanced up as the Alpha from the mountains Alpha Jeremy is glaring at me from across the crowd. Why is he glaring at me? We suddenly felt the presence of the King and we all stood in respect.

Alright seems like this will start. Let's see what we'll decide.
