Sensing the movement of the bed Tristan woke up and the moment his eyes fell on Ashley, his entire world came to a standstill.

Her empty eyes stared blankly at the wall above, letting those tears flow from her eyes. He could tell that she somehow came to learn about the news.

Staring at her for a few seconds, Tristan then reached his hand and started caressing her head. As if she didn't feel his touch and remained unfazed he then called out her name

" Ash..."

Tristan expected her to look at him but instead, he heard her cold, deadpan voice. "Where is she?"
