Noah looked hesitant as he watched Alice prepare the bed for them. 

'So that's what she meant,' he thought, scratching his neck and pursing his lips. What did he think when she said to sleep with her?

"Which side do you want to take," Alice asked, straightening up. She ensured everything was proper in case Noah didn't like the mess.

"A-any side would do, as long as you are comfortable," he whispered by the last word.

Noah looked at the small bed and doubted if they would fit in. Back then, when he had first shared the bed with her, Alice was almost over him, and he feared it wouldn't be the same case this time.

He was scared of ending up doing something with her. 

Alice nodded, walked to her closet, picked up her night dress, and headed toward the bathroom.

Noah removed his jacket and placed it on the couch armrest before walking toward the bed and settling down on the right side.
