Aslan came downstairs to see what his wife was doing. Then, he saw Rosie who was taking a sack of flour from their cupboard. He joined and approached the girl in the kitchen.
"Is there anything I can help?" Aslan asked, wishing his wife would talk to him again.
However, Rosie didn't answer. She just let out a deep breath, as if talking to him was something that really weighed on the girl.
Aslan took a step back and gave some space for his wife to do whatever she wanted. He took a chair at the dining table and sat there, watching what Rosie was doing.
For one hour, Aslan patiently waited. Two hours, he still held on, until three hours later he kept staying in the same place. However, even after Rosie had put down all the dough she had made, she still didn't say anything at all.
