The cold breeze blew across every house in Ivi Town, the children ran around playing in the snow as the bright sun rays lights up the city. In a base located on an island very close to the city, the heroes work there was to stay inside to relax and enjoy themselves after saving lives as there commander walks in to congratulate them on their victory against Mendula.
On like other places this city was crawling with evil and without a soul to stand up to it so most of them join it until the government arranged a group of highly trained assassin's to take out the injustice of there society. The constitution of the isolated island then became very strict as to the extent that even if you were caught telling a lie and reported, the penalty was death. This same democratic rule began to spread as the criminals tried to flee the island. It was stated that any criminal found guilty of his/her crime must be executed in other to teach the others who watched a lesson, but the rest of the world did not judge as strictly as Ivi Town did so soon the rich began to flee and soon the entire island became a slump for poor people and a filthy criminal hideout after the government abandoned it because of its low population the island grew in it own way where parents trained there children to do nothing but kill so they could go off to the outside world and stand for themselves.
A group of young children stood hidden from even one another by the boarders as they await the next passing ship so they could sneak on board and make it to the big world, but unfortunately this was not much of an easy sport as the island was filled with nothing more than selfish brats who would do anything to get on the ship without being noticed, they kill themselves and make plans to get on the ship alone with no one else to mess-up there missions.
Getting into the big world is one thing but then surviving it is another, living there hometown with nothing but only the clothes on there backs they steal and kill to survive. If one were to be cought to be from Ivi Town they would be sent back to there island and be dropped in the cold ice water with not even underwear to protect there dignity, and even someone without any relation to this town could also be accused and without t
any provided evidence the same would be done.
