But knowing that his opponent had a few seconds ago, the forest green humanoid demon guessed that it was most likely another dark flame fireball, one that was very condensed to the point that it would probably erase his man-sized root with just a single hit.

So instead of checking the danger that he felt behind him, the forest green just focused on flapping his wings faster as he decided to outrun the fireball instead of blocking against it considering the amount of nether that he felt.
