章節 27: Nervous

Seating in my office, I pick up a bourbon that's sitting on top of my table before pouring it into the wine glass and taking a sip. A few minutes later the door swings open revealing Jason with a goofy smile plastered on his face.

"Emir, my man," he says in a deep voice as he entered.

"Next time knock before you enter," I say.

"Oh, come on we both know there's no reason to," he chuckles.

" Haven't seen you in a long time buddy" he clapped me on the bucks.

" In a long time, you mean hours?" I chuckle softly.

I smile returning the gesture at him, and in seconds Emma was in the room making me nervous as fuck.

Jason looked up to her before standing up from his se Heat and a rare genuine smile placed itself upon his face, " I missed you, bestie" he says.

He parted his arms a little and Emma hugged him with a large smile on her face.
