章節 127: 127. Distinct and Unique

Darren frowned as he heard that. That was unexpected. Of all things he did not expect Lazarus to say that and now he did not know how to respond to it. He just stared at Lazarus with a passive look. 

"How is Kora?" Lazarus asked changing the topic. He could see that he was no longer interested in talking about that and he didn't need to push it any further because he had gotten the answer to his question.

"She is doing well," Darren responded but there was a small frown that formed on his face as he remembered Kora. He was not mad at her but at himself for still finding it difficult to tell her everything. For being fearful and afraid when he know for a fact that she was understanding enough, more mature than she looks not that he considered her a child. 

"Is everything all right?" Lazarus asked upon seeing the frown on the face of Darren. Darren was quiet and thinking. "Did something happen to Kora?"
