Lazarus walked over to where Kora stood before he stopped walking. He looked at the face of the girl whose eyes and hair were still glowing and slowly dimming with a straight face. While everyone else had their mouths hanging open.

Though they did see what happened from the start, they did witness Kota's outbursts and saw what happened to the three unwanted guests in the pack. They looked at the girl as if she was a puzzle they were yet to figure out.

While all eyes were on her, Kora's eyes were scouting the area trying to Lacey the source of the scent that she caught. She then saw him standing at a distance away from them. When their eyes locked, she saw him give a nod to her before she turned to look at Lazarus whose eyes had been on her the whole time.
