"Children of God, please take your seats," Father Silva told the congregation. "God is Good all the time even if we may not notice it. Our existence in this world, our being alive today, his provision of food on our plates yesterday and today. All that is because of His unfailing Goodness to us his chosen children.

Father Silva opened the bible in front of him and leafed through several pages. When he found the exact page. He squinted his brown eyes with big eyebrows to see the small text on the page.

"Today's reading is from the book of Psalm 40:3. It reads as follows.

  He taught me to sing a new song,

  a song of praise to our God.

Many who see this will take warning

  and will put their trust in the Lord."
