Devon struggled to resist giving Draven all the locations of where he hid the chests, but he failed to do so. With simple questions, Draven began to extract all the information he needed.

"What's the deal between you and King Caliyan? Did he know Koreena was going to kill King Laylan and the queen?" Draven asked coldly.

"Yes. He knows... Then he sent assassins disguised as protesters to King Laylan's cousin's home and stabbed him to death so he could be next in line to ascend," Devon said. As Devon was revealing the truth, he tried to grab his crown from Draven's head.

"No, you don't," Draven coldly replied, twisting Devon's wrist and shattering the bones.

Devon screamed in pain, but Draven silenced him by stuffing a book into his mouth to prevent any sound from escaping.

"How did you know about that contraption? Where did you find those blueprints to build such a thing?" Draven asked, removing the book from Devon's mouth.
