Phoenix clenched her jaws. Inhaling, she parted her mouth and said, "Mr Qin, don't you own a shirt?" she asked with a huff, "you want to take me to tour around looking like that?" she glared at Ashton and left him standing there in bewilderment.
Walking towards where Tiana was, Phoenix grumbled inaudibly.
Tiana was by the pool watching Ethan, and the twins played inside the swimming pool.
Phoenix's eyes were looking at Ethan. Unlike Ashton, Ethan was wearing a short-sleeved swimming T-shirt, with his shorts.
She looked back at Ashton and sent another sharp glare towards Ashton before she sat next to Tiana, "can't he wear a t-shirt while swimming like Brother Ethan?" murmured Phoenix.
Tiana heard Phoenix. She trained her eyes towards Ashton and covered her mouth to stifle a laugh.
She then closed her eyes and turned her head towards Phoenix, "I didn't look," she teased Phoenix.
Phoenix grumbled again.
Nowadays there's a lot of parenting tips that people shared in the internet. Some may not agree with me, we had to celebrate every little achievement that kids unlocked, but as someone who was constantly looked down upon by a person that should push me up, I ended up with little to no self-esteem.
When that person knows I was writing this story, the reaction I get was like how it was years ago: 'you 're not special, you're not capable,'
Writing helped me expressed those pent up feelings that I had been keeping inside.
Just like Phoenix, I was trying to break free from my past.
Your encouragement is highly appreciated. Thank you for reading my story.
