" Ceva kingdom, Draca Dynasty, and Hules Empire are still not under your majesty's control." Inside the throne room in the Emperor Octavius' royal palace, his imperial majesty was sitting on his gold throne with the two true blood who were holding fans and moving them slowly left and right to provide a cooler temperature for their emperor.

The members of the throne room were all seated in their places discussing all the issues and solutions of the empire together with the Emperor.

One of the issues that seemed to bother the prime minister was the fact that there was still a kingdom, an empire, and a Dynasty in this world not under the Emperor's control.

"Ceva kingdom is the empress' parents' kingdom that's why we can't invade it. However, the kingdom already belongs to her majesty, the empress." The minister who heard the prime minister's issue replied to him to which the emperor nodded because that's right he doesn't want to control his grandparents' kingdom.
