It was finally the wedding day.
First, Cynthia made sure the bride had breakfast in bed, then they both went down for a face massage and a quick sauna session before the makeup and hair artist showed up. By noon, all that was left for the ladies to do was to wear their gowns.
Gloria was sitting in front of the dresser mirror and looking at her face, once Cynthia noticed the tint of sadness in the daydream her aunt was having, she decided that it was time for something fun. She hurried to the nightstand and opened it, taking out a dark blue velvet box, she approached Gloria from behind and leaned over, locking eyes with her inside the mirror.
"Gloria, if you look this good before even putting the wedding dress on…" Cynthia smiled from the bottom of her heart, "I am sure you will look like a vision in white,"
Fun fact guys! The rhyme Cynthia and Gloria talked about originated in England, it symbolizes luck for a bride on her wedding day. Each “something” represents an item to be given to the lucky bride before she walks down the aisle!
