章節 92: Sacrifice

The silence after all the gunshot storms that erupted outside of the place Cynthia called home was suddenly deafening.

The only room targeted of the entire mansion was the living room, but with the counter fire from the armed security outside, it was literally a battle scene.

"Henry…Henry please," Cynthia wept as she struggled to push an unconscious Henry from atop of her after feeling his weight go limp. Somehow, the name he missed hearing in her voice so much half brought him back to his senses, realizing that the commotion had stopped, he rolled over on his back with a loud groan.

"Argh…"

*Cough!*

Cynthia observed with sheer horror as the wounded and blood covered Henry coughed out the blood that was keeping him from breathing normally.

"HURRY UP! SECURE THE PERIMETER ON THE FIRST LEVEL! ALL CHAMBERS IN THE UPPER LEVELS ARE UNHARMED," Shouted one voice.
