Assar
Assar watched as Keshov began to panic. He looked between all those who were staring at him.
“How dare you! You filthy high vampire! Do you know who I am? I will have you flayed for this insult. I will-”
“Shut up, Keshov! You filthy f*cking traitor. My own brother. I’d never have thought you had it in you Keshov!”
“Oksana, listen to me. I never-”
“Silence!” She hissed as she held out a hand in Assar’s direction.
He knew what she wanted; they had discussed this earlier. He reached into his pocket and withdrew a number of papers.
She unrolled the first and began reading, “The sanguine came to meet me today for the first time in person. I must say he is as pompous as he comes across in his letters. I sold the beast to him for a hefty price. I don’t know what he plans to do with it, but whatever it is, it’s going to be bloody.”
