Finally, I looked up and said to Katheran, "Maybe I don't need a relationship consultant, but I need a smart lady to teach me about court etiquette. I think Lady Lola is a good choice!"

As soon as I said this, Lola gave me a grateful look. She looked much more relaxed.

"So, Lola will stay with you!" Katheran glanced at Lola, and her gaze quickly shifted to me. "How about we have lunch together? I'm hungry!"

"Sorry, Your Highness, Prince Ian asked me to have lunch with him. I have to wait for him. I think I should go!" I said as I stood up and curtsied to Katheran.

"Alright! Then, we'll do it again next time!" Katheran was still sitting on the chair, watching me leave.

"It's good to be young!" Katheran sighed behind me.

"As experienced people, we all know that candy that has been opened has a shorter shelf-life. A very short one at that!" Madam Bauer's tone hinted at sarcasm, and her words were deliberately meant for me.
