章節 79: "Call Me Alex."

Alex shared a look with Vanessa who looked just as surprised as he was, and they both wondered what the problem was with Sophia that morning and why her mood had changed so quickly.

As soon as Alex was done and both sisters took care of the dishes, Sophia carried Buddy back to his side of the house. She pressed her head against his petite head, and he flicked his little tongue over the tip of her nose, making her giggle.

"I'm going to miss you, Buddy. Be a good boy." She said as she kissed his head.

"Come on, big guy." She squat and laid him on his bed, which he stretched in on, before rolling over and barking as he watched them leave.

Sophia still couldn't get over the hate of leaving him all alone in the house whenever they all had to leave. But there was nothing she could do. She couldn't take him to school with her, but it would have been great if she could. Then Buddy would be the only reasonable creature in Eastside High apart from her.
