Bete slowly handed Ais's blooded body to his comrade before facing the enemy ahead, his breathing is deep while his eyes are blood-red, like a beast that is enraged he slowly chanted the magic that reminded him of his tragic past.
"Chained Fros. The first wound, Gelgja.
The second wound, Gjöll.
The third wound, Þviti.
The ravenous slaver is your only hope."
Deathly staring ahead while accumulating more rage, he continued to chant despite the urge to straight out beat his prey and opponent.
"May it form a river, mixing in the tide of blood, to wash away your tears.
Never forget those irreparable wounds.
This rage and hatred, thine infirmity and incandescence."
Bete remembered his past but tried to ignore it as it deeply ached when the words came out of his mouth.
"Denounce the world, acknowledge fate, and dry thy tears.
May the pain become your fangs, the lament your roar—and your lost companions your strength."
As he knows that whatever he might or will do in the past will never change so as thanks to those who had laid their lives for him, he will face the future and save those who are important to him.
"Free yourself of the chains that bind you, and release your mad howl.
O lineage of enmity, pray to use this vessel and devour the moon, drink greedily from its overflowing cup."
His breathing has come and stabilized, but the anger and outrage in his eyes have never been so scalding.
"Bare your fangs—and devour all."
Like an arrow that was true and aimed, he dashed after finishing his once cursed magic of his that burned not only his arm but legs.
The enemy that the face was hidden silently glanced at him before a thrust almost materialized at his place, but thankfully after his humiliating defeat at the hand of David he had learned from his mistake.
Barely dodging the strike, he ducked and rolled at the enemy side before launching a twisted kick to blow his opponent's arm, but it never happened.
The blow barely affected his enemy, as it only took a small step back and blew the hood it was wearing, revealing the attacker's identity.
"ALLEN YOU MFKER!!!"
Bete unleashed an onslaught of attacks at the opponent's body, but was skillfully blocked by him.
Allen Fromel the past vice-captain of the Freya Familia that turned rouged and has been missing was now standing before him.
"Is that all you can do, mutt?"
His appearance has greatly changed as compared to the past, his body was now so thin, and a dark vein-like thing ran at his being from his now crystal eyes of him.
Allen stabbed multiple times that hollowed out the ground beneath him, and Bete can only dodge again.
"I'll fking kill you, ahole!"
Allen's speed is undoubtedly the greatest on Orario as Bete can't even touch him, and if not for his opponent playing he would long since be dead.
He knows that he can never compete against Vana Freya's speed and skill but despite that, he still continued to attack and advance even after holes after holes appear on him
"Got a death wish dog? Then don't move, and I'll grant it to you with a kiss!"
Fists and Spear, Brute and Skill, no matter what Bete does he can never win against him, but he didn't care, even when his whole arm was now a paste, even when his shoulder was now useless he still persisted until his whole being been roasted by flames.
"Haha not a bad ending for a mutt like you Bete, forget about Ais's death, you are even worse than her."
Bete was now barely standing and can only grab on something, but his eye is still fully burning.
"Hati"
Like a whisper, Bete remembered how David without magic nor skill unleashed an attack that destroyed a whole forest and Finn, and now he will try to do it himself.
A torrent of flame rushed to Allen from him.
Forget about skill, forget about technique, because all that it takes is pure strength and violence.
The attack that suddenly appeared has also quickly disappeared, and what only remains is Allen's form that was now charred and burning.
"Ha..ha.Hahaha!"
But suddenly he burst out laughing, his burning body or so it seemed was just the salamander cloak that he was wearing and Allen was just fine even after sacrificing his body to unleash an attack to end him.
"I almost died, you bastard!"
While furiously laughing, Allen advances to now smoking and smoldering Bete before punching him.
The man continued to beat him, but Bete still remained standing.
"I appreciate your will dog, but still everything has its end."
Until he uses his spear to penetrate his heart and chest.
"I'll pay a visit to your Familia after this, so don't worry because you will soon meet them."
Allen pulled his spear, but it got stuck when Bete's hand grabbed him, surprised at his tenacity he tried to mock him again, however his whole arm was ripped apart instead.
"Úlfheðinn"
Bete barely muttered after his whole mouth and throat were burned from his attack, but slowly his scorched body gained wild fur and his fang slowly elongated.

"Where are they!"
Loki was furiously waving her arms in frustration while waiting for her children; it has been an hour, but there are still no signs of them.
"Freya! Where are your children?! Why are they still not here!"
Sip*
"Don't make me waste my Daily coffee just because you already finished yours, Loki and I already told you that they are hunting a stray cat of mine."
The two goddesses are arguing at the second-floor veranda of the Magen David restaurant that was owned by David and built by Goibniu in the past because of its location and resilience, it has still stood tall despite the wave of attacks by monsters and enemies.
"And don't you dare creep on the staff inside, or else I would tell Hephaestus or David."
Sip*
Freya glanced at the red hair goddess that was furiously squinting at the door. She had her doubts when Loki had quickly finished her coffee despite her fondness for it, and it seems she was right that the sneaky Loki would try to put her hand on the staff inside.
Since the start of the Promise Time, the four workers in this restaurant have fallen unconscious and never woke up.
Hephaestus has told everyone that she will take care of them, but there is still no change even after five days.
"Anyway, Ottar should be returning at this time, but it seems the cat has cut its tail."
Freya tried to stop Loki but gave up on it as she would rather enjoy her coffee alone than be annoyed by her, meanwhile the said goddess has already sneaked into the staff room to do her evil deed.
"Raaaam~"
"Reeeem~"
Loki wiggles on her way while silently creeping into the room, but was stopped when she heard her captain anxiously calling.

"Loki-sama!, Loki-sama!"
Finn has immediately rushed to her goddess instead of bringing Ais to get healed, as he knows that no kind of elixir can save the girl from her fatal wound, and he was hoping that some god could still use their Arcanum to help her.
"What is it?! You're too late, Finn! Do you forget about …"
Loki can no longer finish her words when she sees Ais with a hole in her stomach and chest, she immediately jumps down from the second floor, ignoring the height that could possibly injure her.
"What happened?
Loki demanded before pulling the girl in a hug.
"Call, call Airmid! Wait, Freya! Call her! We need her child to fix Ais!"
She knows that the chances are slim, but she still hopes that they can help Ais, thankfully they had already applied the elixir she had ordered for everyone to bring after losing Lefiya and most of her children in the recent attack.
"Heith is with Ottar hunting someone, but Airmid is in the support group, so maybe you could find her in the Babel."
Freya has already arrived at their spot but turns around immediately after seeing the damage on Ais, she knows that she can no longer be saved, so she leaves her friend alone to have privacy.
Boooom!!!*
A pillar of flame appeared in the distance, but it was left unnoticed by them, Finn has long since departed to fetch Airmid and Loki is already grieving at her loss.
However, a hand suddenly touches Ais's back and a blue hue surrounds them.
Loki looks up to see a blue-haired girl silently pouring an absurd amount of mana to help her mortally wounded Ais and her broken legs when he jumped down.
"Sorry for the wait, Loki-sama."
Rem smiled at the jaw-dropped goddess that seemed to see an angel.
