From Tania's words, it was clear that she intended to wipe every memory that had ever happened between Damon Sawyer and Kaylani Myron... right from the very beginning.

As Tania advanced towards Kaylani, Kaylani retreated a step backwards and then another, her gaze narrowed slightly as she knew Tania was intent on getting rid of her.

There was no means of escape in sight and the silver stake was too far away from where she stood, Kaylani lamented her decision to let go of her only means of protection.

She should have known that Tania was too far gone, she was no longer human, how could she have expected to be able to reason with her, talk her out from harming Damon?
