  Instead of letting the enemy attack again first, Jake dashed toward him, and at the last minute, he used Flash toward him. The enemy tried to counterattack in time by thrusting his spear toward Jake, but he missed the attack, and Billy cut a bit of his left side. He could have caused more damage if he wanted, but he would have been left exposed to the counterattack.

  When the enemy turned around to face him, Jake was already dashing toward him again. Even before the enemy could start the motion to attack, Jake used Flash again and scratched the surface of the enemy's forearm. 

  The enemy clicked his tongue in annoyance thanks to the pain, and he felt something weird about the wounds he had just gotten. They were burning a lot more than expected, considering their sizes… the robotic spearman saw that the area around them was purple… and he realized that Jake was using poison attacks.
