Alexander opened his eyes when he felt someone looking at him closely.

"Susan?" he was bewildered.

He did not expect to see her here.

Susan fought back the bubbling emotions in her heart when she saw the look in his eyes.

The same look that disappeared which made her realize that something was wrong with him.

"I won't ask you what you feel for surely you have been asked that question over and over again since you woke up. Instead, I will ask you one thing. Did you really not realize that something was changing in you over the past few months?"

Alexander ended up looking away from her.

Not even his siblings had asked that.

Susan shook her head, "Why did you not tell anyone? You have your siblings with you, so why did you choose to keep it all to yourself?"
