As they drove off, Aldger actually stopped Alexander halfway through.

"What do you mean? And that was dangerous," Alexander rebuked.

He stepped out as Aldger was standing beside his car.

"I am talking about your attitude a while ago."

Tiffany stayed in the car.

Susan silently stayed on the passenger seat.

"I was simply tired, Aldger," Alexander sighed.

"You could have done something more than just drinking and listening. I mean, you were worse than Hunter a while ago. It was a happy occasion but you showed that you actually didn't wish to be there."

"I'll apologize to Heather for that. I understand where you're coming from and the reason for this. But seriously I really am tired. There are so many experiments to be done. I went there because I, too, wish to see my nephew."

Aldger frowned.

He couldn't pinpoint it but he felt that something was truly wrong at the moment.
