A long-barreled rifle was aimed at Marion's head, but even with such a distance, it could still take Marion's life if the silver bullet was successfully shot by the crazy man.

Drake simply raised both hands in the air, indicating that he would do nothing as long as the man did not pull the trigger.

Greg laughed at the tense expression on Drake's face, while Marion, with bruises all over her face and body, could only grimace as the pain from the punches and kicks throbbed every now and then.

"Drake... get out of here," she said, as she realized that she might now endanger many people by asking for help. Let this crazy man do whatever he wants to him, as long as he doesn't hurt his friends, especially William.

Drake shook his head.

"Drake, I'm fine. Tell Will to get out of here ...." Marion murmured back to him in a half-whisper. Drake's face showed a look of regret.

Didn't he come to save the girl? Why was he the one being saved?
