Joshua went upstairs followed closely by Gina; her face was flush as she weighed her options. Joshua had done so much for her, and she wanted to thank him and repay him, but she was nervous since a man had never seen her completely. Her heart was racing, pounding with enough force to knock down a forest.
"Okay, see you after the bath Gina." Joshua said casually as he turned to go to his bath with a smile.
She froze on the stairs and watched as he walked away and went into the bath. She just stared at the shut door clutching her shirt over her heart, trying to calm herself.
"Is anything the matter , Miss?" Timothy asked.
Gina couldn't hear his question. She couldn't hear anything over the sound of her own heartbeat.
"Miss?" Timothy asked again.
Several minutes passed with Gina just standing there and Timothy trying to snap her out of her near catatonic state. Finally, she bit her lower lip and started walking towards Joshua's bath. As she approached the door her nerves were shot, sweat started to form on her brow and in the palm of her hands.
She took a deep breath and placed her sweaty hand on the door latch. She gave it a slight tug and discovered it was unlocked. She slowly opened the door and went inside. There was a nice foyer area with wooden boxes lining the wall for storage. Various towels, soaps, and wash clothes had already taken up the majority of them, but a few were empty for clothing.
It seemed Joshua's clothing had already been collected to be cleaned, as she could not see his clothing anywhere. She walked over to one of the boxes and started to remove her clothing. Her nervousness made her shirt feel like it weighed a thousand pounds.
As she removed her shirt it revealed her delicate frame and smooth skin, still stained by her blood loss earlier. She took another deep breath to muster her courage and removed her pants and undergarments as well and placed them in the box, after she had folded them nicely.
A wave of fresh fear came over her as she realized she was naked and about to go into a bath with the man she loved and cared for. She was about to show someone her body, all of her body. There was just one door now, between her and the man she loved.
On the other side she knew Joshua was sitting and enjoying his bath, completely oblivious to her suffering over joining him.
She placed her hand on the door handle and slowly opened the door.
The bathing room was huge. Black marble floors and walls with lanterns lining the walls. Four statues of angels, one at each corner of the bath, shot water out of their mouths and filled the bath. They seemed to have been molded out of different precious metals, such as gold and silver.
Joshua had his back to the door with only his head poking above the water. He had balled up a towel and was using it as a pillow. He was in such a state of bliss that he did not hear the sound of the door opening. Although the sound of the water filling the bath was not at all quiet, yet still soothing.
Gina was now frozen. She didn't plan this far. She expected him to see her as soon as she entered the room. Her plan was to use his reaction to decide what to do. All she wanted to do now was sneak out and pretend that this never happened.
She balled up her fist and nodded her head as a sort of self-affirmation and then started to walk towards the bath. She had come this far, if she gave up now, she would never forgive herself. She got right behind him. She could see his body in the water. It was still pale and boney.
She took a deep breath again and dipped her toe in the water beside him. The water was warm, almost hot. The absolute perfect temperature for bathing. As her toes broke the surface of the water the ripples splashed onto Joshua's chin and made him open his eyes and look at the direction of the ripples.
Seeing him open his eyes she jumped in the bath as fast as she could as fear had overtaken her. The top of her head with her short brown hair and her green eyes were all that peered about the water. The ripples distorted the view of her body from underneath.
"Gina?!" Joshua yelled out. "What are you doing?!" He quickly grabbed the towel from behind his head and covered himself.
She looked like she was about to cry. The emotions she was feeling were overwhelming her. What would her father and mother say to her right now? She brought her mouth above the water to answer Joshua.
"I just wanted to thank you." She said softly, her nerves made it difficult to say. "You have done so much for me, you even brought me back from the dead. I wanted to thank you, the way a woman thanks a man. I wanted…"
"You didn't have to Gina." Joshua said. "I failed you remember? I didn't make it in time to save you. You died because of me."
"I live because of you!" Gina said, jumping out of the water and wrapping her arms around Joshua as tightly as she could.
He could feel her bare breasts and hardened nipples on his chest, and she pressed herself against him as hard as she could. He could also feel the warmth of her hole through the towel over his parts as she was sitting directly in his lap.
"Did I upset you by coming in here?" Gina asked. "I just wanted to thank you, please don't be upset."
Her eyes widened as suddenly realized exactly what she was sitting on, as it was now at attention and poking her intimate area through the towel.
"Is that…?" She asked as her face turned red from embarrassment.
