His eyes also held a lot of grief, as not only was she his girlfriend, but more than that, they were best friends since they were kids. They only became a couple a couple years back, but their friendship streched long before that.

Andrea swallowed the painful lump in her throat, as she said in a broken voice, " Y- You really mean w- what you said? " A tear slipped out of her eyes. 

Kevin clenched his first and his jaw as he saw the tear slip out followed by many more drops flowing from her eyes. He released his pent up breath and said in a course voice, " Andrea, this is the best thing for both of us. "
