The next morning, after Aiden swallowed the demon sealing seed, the system's prompt hovered above Lucien's head.

Yeah, yeah. Now where's my reward? Lucien impatiently drummed his fingers on the cabinet beside the little protagonist. Ever since last night, he hadn't had a good night's sleep. The little protagonist had a high fever. Mary and the other personnel in the house were asleep. Left with no choice, he cooked some porridge, took some towel soaked with hot water and brought a spare change of clothes for the little protagonist to change into.
