Two days later.

Aurora was inside the bathroom, about to take a bath but she felt thirsty all of a sudden.

She left the bathroom and went to the table, picked up the pitcher, and poured water into the glass.

When she was about to return to the bathroom, Drake suddenly appeared in the room, holding a garment in his hand.

"What is that?" Aurora asked him.

Drake handed the garment to her. "My mother wants you to wear this tonight when you meet her. She wants to have a private conversation with you before formally accepting you as part of the family," he answered.

"Ah, okay..." Aurora inspected the clothes, just a simple style chiffon black dress, below the knee, with short sleeves and V-neck.

"I hope you like it, honey," Drake said.

Aurora smiled. "It's pretty," she commented casually and placed the dress on the bed.

"You will have dinner with us tonight," Drake said.

"Who else is there with us?" she asked.
