Julien’s POV

Cionna knew how to get under my skin and send stir lust throughout my body. I could easily take her here while we floated above the masses and send her cries of pleasure into heaven, but I had other plans that I needed to tend to before ravishing her.

Grabbing my willpower tightly, I loosen my grip on her hair and kiss her softly on the forehead. Grinning, I slide away from her so I can keep my hands to myself, and we dig into our meal. When we get to the bite-sized items, I feed her. The feeling of her soft lips around my fingers sends a twinge of need to my pants.

The effect she has on me is unbelievable. I love how beautiful she looks tonight. She is alive and vibrant. The joy and excitement sparkled in her eyes. I find myself gazing at her. I want to take in her natural beauty. Cionna is the first woman I have met who reminds me of home. She radiates so much light and her energy is infectious. Anyone around her is helpless against her charm.
