章節 19: Chapter19 The plot thickens

‘All rise! The Dishonorable Unjudge Ambraxas now presiding,’ screamed a little devil, when at the judge’s bench came to sit an ugly and hunchbacked old demon with a pair of twisted horns just like a ram’s decorating his bold forehead. He was wearing a long white wig and a judge’s hat.

That court looked as if it were set in the middle of nowhere and instead of walls of an impressive building, as one would expect to see in a human court, it was surrounded by craters and stalactites. Nevertheless there were seats for the jurors that in this case were called perjurers, a bench for the prosecutor and also a seat for the accused demon, I mean Redpaw, who kept biting his nails to relieve some of the stress.

‘Who represents the forces of darkness accusing this condemned demon, I mean the accused?’ asked with a throaty, hoarse voice the Unjudge.’
