Dom yawned as he walked down the stairs to get a glass of water, and to his surprise he saw that the lights in the dining room were switched on.

"Natasha?" asked Dom in a mix of confusion and surprise as he saw Natasha in the dining room.

Natasha looked up as she saw him and she yawned.

"What?" she asked in a tone of annoyance.

"Nothing, I am just wondering what you are doing here, it is late" said Dom as the last time he had checked the time it was past 11.

"I have some things to work on" said Natasha as she switched tabs on her laptop.

"What things?" asked Dom.

"Things that don't concern you" replied Natasha in annoyance.

"Well alright then" replied Dom as It was late, he really didn't want an argument right now.

"Now since you feel like you have the right to ask my questions, what exactly are you doing down here this late?" asked Natasha.

"I was on my way to get a glass of water" said Dom as he walked out of the dining room and Natasha scoffed as her phone rang and she frowned wondering who could be calling her at this time as she picked up the call.

"Hello" said Natasha in tiredness as she answered the call and rubbed her eyes.

"What??!!" asked Natasha as her eyes opened wide and Dom happened to be passing by when he heard her shout.

"This has to be some sort of joke" said Natasha as she could not believe what she was hearing right now.

"Where are you now?" she asked.

"I am on my way over there right now" said Natasha as she ended the call and stood up quickly and she closed her laptop.

"What happened?? Where are you going?" asked Dom as Natasha looked at him, wondering why he had to be here right now.

"I am going out" said Natasha.

"Why?" asked Dom as Natasha scoffed, she really had no time for questions right now.

"Look, something happened at the farm, Chloe just called me, the greenhouse with the tomatoes we are growing just burnt down" said Natasha as she explained quickly.

"What??!!" asked Dom with a very shocked expression on his face.

"I know, so I have to go right now" said Natasha as she grabbed her car keys out of the drawer.

"Wait, you can't drive Natasha, it's midnight and you hate driving in the dark, let me take you there" said Dom as Natasha looked at him, contemplating whether or not to accept his offer, after all, it was the truth, he knew that she hated driving in the dark.

"Now is not the time to be petty Natasha, just let me drive you there" said Dom.

"Fine, but what about Joy?" asked Natasha.

"She will be fine Natasha, Lulu is here, she will call us if anything happens" said Dom as he knew that Natasha was hesitant for them to both leave Joy alone.

"Alright then" said Natasha as she threw her keys to Dom, there was no time to waste at all, she had to get to the farm as soon as possible.

"Thank you" said Dom as Natasha as she rushed to get her coat, she was still in her pyjamas.

Dom walked to get his own coat as he and Natasha met at her car and he opened the door as she got into the passenger seat and Dom started the car as Natasha regretted that she needed him to drive her.

But she would forgo an accident any day if it meant that she had to be tolerant with Dom for now.

Dom started the car as Natasha looked at her phone, wondering how bad the damage was, talk about an unseen incident, this would cause them a lot of money to fix, among other things.

Dom did not say a word as they drove, he only kept his eyes on the road, knowing fully well that Natasha did not like talking to him on a normal day under normal circumstances and now was not the time for him to ask her questions that she did not want to answer at all.

Dom brought the car to a stop as Natasha got out of the car quickly as she rushed in the direction of the greenhouse where she could see the flashing red lights of the fire truck as there were many people around and Natasha caught sight of Chloe as she called out to her.

"Chloe, what happened?" asked Natasha as Chloe turned to look at her.

"Oh Natasha, I am so glad that you are here, I have no idea, I just got a call from the fire station that the fire alarms tripped off over here, and here I am" said Chloe.

"I immediately called you when I received the news" said Chloe as she looked like she was about to cry as Natasha looked at the greenhouse that was burnt down to the ground, it was obvious to say that nothing was salvaged, it was just ashes everywhere.

"Oh this is just so horrible, everything burnt down, everything" said Chloe as her crying voice snapped Natasha out of her thoughts as she sighed, she felt just as bad as Chloe felt right now, all their money, resources and effort had just burnt down in ashes just like that.

"Oh don't cry Chloe, I know It's bad, but at least no one got hurt, and the fire didn't spread to the other buildings" said Natasha as she could see that Chloe was hurting even more thana she was.

"I know but it's gone, all gone, and how??" asked Chloe as she cried even more and Neil hugged her as he tried to calm her down.

"Sorry Natasha she's just very emotional right now since she's a bit sleep deprived" said Neil as Natasha could imagine.

"Chloe it's alright, it's just a building" said Natasha as Dom appeared behind her shocked at how everything had burnt down.

"Honey, it's alright, really" said Neil as Chloe sniffed and she stopped crying as Natasha looked around and Chloe nodded.

"Do we know the cause of the fire? I mean a fire can't just start just like that" said Dom as Natasha agreed with him on that one, fires didn't just start out of the blue.

"We have no idea, the firefighters are still trying to pin the cause of the fire, but they have found nothing out of the ordinary yet" replied Neil.

"What if there were some faulty insulations that could have caused the fire" asked Dom.

"Impossible, that greenhouse was newly built, everything was new and we made sure to check that everything was in order, right Chloe?" asked Natasha as she looked at Chloe.

"Right, and I even went in there to check on things this morning, and everything was just fine" replied Chloe as she sniffed.

"Then what could cause a fire big enough to burn down everything?" asked Dom as Natasha did not even care about the lost tomatoes right now, something told her that this was just not an ordinary fire.

Dom noticed that Natasha was quiet as he looked at her.

"What are you thinking about Natasha?" asked Dom as Natasha looked at him.

"I don't think this is just a fire, I feel like it's sabotage, because things like this don't just happen" said Natasha.

"Sabotage by who?" asked Chloe.

"I don't know, but we sure will find out" said Natasha as she brought out her phone and dialed a number as her call was picked after a few moments.

"Hi Pete" said Natasha.

"I know it's late sorry to disturb you" said Natasha.

"I'm doing horrible right now" said Natasha.

"There was a fire at the farm and It burnt down a very expensive greenhouse project" said Natasha.

"I know right, I am on the scene right now and nothing can be salvaged" said Natasha.

"I don't think it was an ordinary fire, I suspect some sort of foul play" said Natasha.

"Do you have the firefighter's report as to what caused the fire?" asked Pete.

"No, not yet, but I am sure it will be deemed an accident while It's not" replied Natasha.

"True, especially if they find nothing out of the ordinary there" said Pete as Natasha sighed.

"Alright come to the station tomorrow morning to open a case, make sure the scene remains untouched after the firefighters leave okay?" asked Pete.

"Okay Pete, thank you, you are the best" said Natasha as she smiled.

"See you tomorrow Pete" said Natasha as she ended the call.

"Now we have the police involved, they will find out if anything is out of the ordinary here" said Natasha.

"Come on Chloe let's go talk to the firefighters and see what they found so far" said Natasha as Chloe nodded and followed after her, leaving Neil and Dom alone.

"Funny how we are both here since our wives are" said Neil as he laughed.

"True, Natasha would not want me here if not for the fact that she needed someone to drive her" said Dom as Neil laughed and they watched Natasha and Chloe speak to one of the firefighters.
