Jessie lifted Dillon onto the folding chair that she had set up in the middle of the studio. Min Jun was correct. The first step to making things right with the team was for Dillon to apologize, but he didn't have to do it alone. She stood beside the chair and held Dillon's hand to support him emotionally and safeguard him physically. Standing on a folding chair was a recipe for disaster. Dillon gripped her hand like he was drowning, and she was his savior.

Lining the floor before the mirrored wall, nine sullen teens glared at them. But their sweat-drenched faces were focused on Dillon and Jessie. At least they were paying attention, and Fei Fei had made sure he gave them a hard workout before letting Jessie and Dillon in the room. Exhaustion was good medicine for rage, and Jessie could tell at least a couple of those boys were good friends with rage.
