Anda gave him an approving nod.

"The one who escaped from the portal in the lagoon?" Morgana inquired.

He nodded.

"Interesting," Morgana commented. She looked upon Damian with amazement, which wasn't an expression you often saw on a witch's face. "Ulrich knows you well. He said you were an honourable man. Misguided but honourable. He was sure that when confronted with everything, all the trouble one demon went through to swing a punch at another, you would never turn on him."

Damian smirked at Morgana. "I am his protege, after all, but when did you talk to him?"

"In my visions, of course, you weren't the only one. He tried asking me about your whereabouts and where the hell you have been and why you are not rescuing his ass yet."
