Weeks had passed since Aria got the wolf bite from Prince Ramiel and things had turned out to be different for her as she stayed at the palace embracing her new mark which had been marked on her neck. She had managed to keep the mark a secret from both Alina and every other person that could easily notice it. 

From that night that she had received the bite from Prince Ramiel, sickness struck her. she had fallen so sick that her skin became pale and turned white, her once pinkish lips had turned brown and her appearance in general was unlike her. Alina thought for a moment that her sickness lingered because of the beating that she had received but little did she know that it was as a result of the Prince's wolf bite.
