章節 7: Act VII : It seems like we’re lovers but not
I'm currently at the cafeteria taking my recess but I see someone familiar, I was once again taken aback when I saw him; I had been looking for him since the day his friend bumped me and he apologize immediately to me, and I also knew his name, Fresh Morales, which just sounds good, and you already know how attractive he is. I averted my gaze as soon as he noticed me.
"Do you like that guy?"
Edward inquired, perhaps noticing my gaze; I brushed my hair back in embarrassment, just kidding, my hair was short, "don't you hate me?" he simply grinned, "My god ,Sky! hello were in 21st century and everyone is starting to be open minded, especially it's normal nowadays" he responded making me smiled.
I saw George running towards me, "Sky! Noah got into a fight, he was in the clinic already. " he said while panting.
We rushed to the clinic; I'm not sure what happened through Noah's mind to cause him to fight, but when we arrived, I found him sitting on the couch with an ice pack for his black eye and Jacob next to him. "What happened?" I inquired as I approached them, stooped down to examine the bruises on my friend's face.
"This stupid dumbass friend of us suddenly punch Trigo on the the face" Jacob bluntly revealed, I stared at Noah, I was also scared because he punched Trigo, "What's your problem?" I asked him, he simply grinned, "Didn't I say I'll take care of it when Trigo harms you," he reminded.
I frowned, what is this moron saying? "Wait, where's Trigo?" Edward inquired, and Jacob pointed to the bed that was hidden behind the curtain, so he went over to open it.
Trixie and Trigo greeted us, hugging the woman on his lap and tending to the bruising on his face. "Well, the clinic was changed into a motel," Jacob replied as he abruptly sprang up; Noah had been hit and grimaced in agony. "Slowly bro, there's an injure person here. " he replied, shaking his head. "Who started the trouble?" I inquire. Noah pouted,
"I'm just protecting you." He mumbled.
Trixie stepped down from her boyfriend's lap, and I stood up to approach him, but Noah stopped me; he gripped my hand tightly, making it impossible for me to flee, saying, "Don't come near there, he'll simply hurt you." I was so taken aback by what he stated that I forcibly released his grip on me, exclaiming, "What else are you two fighting about?!"
Trixie approached me and abruptly slapped me; I was stunned by what she did; I have no idea why she did it or what was my fault; even Edward seemed stunned by what had occurred. She would have slapped me again if my friend hadn't intervened.
"What the hell, Trixie!" Jacob yelled angrily at the woman, as Trigo leapt to his feet to protect his lover. "What are you fooling, defending that gay man?! Aren't you disgusted?" Trixie said as I bent my head. "What if he's gay? He's a friend of ours," Edward responded.
"Oh Trigo, take your girlfriend away; if it's not just that woman, I'll be the one to go there and punch her," he added. Trigo became enraged and grabbed Edward by the collar, threatening, "Try to hurt my girlfriend and I'll forget that we were friends." Edward grinned and withdrew Trigo's hand, "Try to hurt us too and we're really not friends anymore." Trigo stopped.
He knew when Edward said it he would make it true. "This is your fault!" Trixie exclaimed, and she was about to approach me when she was immediately stopped. "Hey! You're a lady wicked of even the backside of the saucepan; just try to approach my best friend, and I'll make you bald," Cupid pulled her hair.
"for smacking Sky." Trixie was about to attack when Trigo pulled her away, saying, "I'll remember this day," before crying and hugging her boyfriend. Noah chuckled sarcastically, "remember," he said, Trigo flinched, and my friend simply shrugged.
"Tri, I'm sorry I'm removing you as the main lead and starting looking for a group tomorrow," Edward says before they leave. I examined him to see if he was truthful. "Why did you say that?" I'll inquire. "That's better than being irritated by his face," he said. Cupid came me cheerfully, "bestie, did you see that? I should have brought scissors," he hugged me, then looked at Noah, shocked to discover a bruise on it. "Who did this, you say, it? my Noah's gorgeous face got stained," they chuckled, amused by Cupid's dramatic temperament.
After what happened earlier, Trigo avoided us, and now he's surrounded by Trixie's friends' gangs and lovers, and this Cupid was feeding only eating Noah's food, thinking his hand was hurt, making George very jealous.
"Are you serious about what you said earlier, Ed?" Jacob asked, the other nodded in response, "We don't need him anymore, you don't want to be the lead role in the play." I shook my head, "we've already started, can't we let stay him until the end of the play? Remember we've been friends with Trigo for a long time," I replied, I'm not really on his side but it's a waste if we let him go.
"Fine, I'll talk to him later, but I can't promise to stop my anger and deplete my patience with him," Edward took a deep breath, and I chuckled, "Thank you, Ed." Noah fake cough ed, as if something was drawing attention at me, simply trying to point at the one behind me, and I considered inappropriate, what twaddle was he thinking, so I turned around, not expecting what I saw.
"Oh thank God, I'm right," he exclaimed cheerfully, and all of my companions looked at him, wondering what he was doing here. "Micheal bro!" George rose up to give him a fist bump, Cupid followed, and Noah simply waved since his body hurt, Jacob suddenly clear his throat, "Won't you introduce us?" he said, i scratch the back of my neck, thing how could i start.
"Uhmm... Jacob, Edward, this is Michaell one of my previous classmates," he shook hands with the two, "And Michael, these are my friends and classmates." he grinned, "Nice to meet you I'm Sky's ex." he joked, so I squeezed him to the side, "Come sit next to Sky," I shifted a little so he could seat, we talked untill the bell rings, I stand up first to bring back the plates in the kitchen counter, letting my friends talk with each then decided to go in my locker to get some book.
Asher suddenly pop up on the way, "I heard what happened, maybe Trigo and Trixie misunderstood my latest post that night." he said, I shake my head.
"No its not," although I didn't know the reason how they found out about my sexual orientation but Im pretty it's not Asher's fault, he just simply posted that photo, scolding me for ditching him then sleep.
"Im really sorry, Sky if I'm the reason; I will never forget my self from tearing your friendship apart." I sighed, "I already told you its not your fault, Ash. just some people didn't know the story behind the photo so they jumping into possible conclusion with any research. Now please stop blaming yourself," I patted his shoulder before walking away.
"What takes you so long," Jacob asked.
"Just someone asking for forgiveness," i replied.
