"I won't leave unless I could speak with my son, Tamara, don't hide Archer from me." I heard my mom say as I watched Ella walk away from me together with my cousin, and I could feel the heaviness in my heart as I realized she heard everything that my mother had said.

I know she was in deep pain, but she tried her best to mask her genuine emotions, and I needed to talk with my mother before her argument with aunt Tamara got worse.

"No one is hiding Archer away from you, Teresa. If you didn't hurt your only son, I am sure he is still in your house. Mariela is a sweet young woman; how could you judge her base on her family background, Teresa? You should stop judging anyone from the low-class family, and not everyone is like Kassandra." My aunt said.
