Archer's POV
When I woke up, I felt disappointed that I could no longer find Ella on the bed, and when I darted a glance at the clock on the wall, I realized it was still early in the morning. And I wondered where she had gone. She made her side of the bed, and I could see the blanket neatly folded under her pillows.
I got up lazily after stretching my limbs, and I took an early shower. I wanted to give Ella a tour of the other side of our property, where I usually hang out with Kent during our high school years, and I admit I miss the place so much.
I found my parents in the dining hall together with my sister eating breakfast, and my mom asked me to join them. Andrea greeted me good morning as she stood up from her chair, and she gave me a quick peck on my cheek; I walked towards my mother, and I kissed her cheek.
